How does booking work?

Pick your dates (or hours for courts, nights for stays) and send a request. It becomes a booking once the host accepts. You can follow it and message the host from My rentals.

How long does the host have to answer?

Hosts have 48 hours. If they decline or don't answer in time, anything you paid online is refunded in full.

What do I bring at pickup?

Each listing lists what the host needs, such as a valid ID or driver's license, plus the balance and deposit if they are paid in person. The booking page shows the exact amount due at pickup.

Can I book courts and places to stay?

Yes. Gear and vehicles are booked by the day, courts by the hour (with packages and add-ons where the venue offers them), and stays by the night.

How do I pay?

Each host chooses: pay a 20% advance online and the rest to the host at pickup, or pay the whole rental online. You can pay with GCash, Maya, cards, GrabPay, or QR Ph, or by bank or e-wallet transfer with a receipt upload when the host offers it.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The total, the part paid online, the part paid at pickup, and any deposit are all shown before you send a request.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel an accepted booking more than 72 hours before it starts for a full refund. Within 72 hours the 20% service fee is kept. If you cancel before the host accepts, card payments are refunded in full and e-wallet payments keep the service fee.

How do deposits work?

Deposits are paid to the host in person. Refundable deposits come back after you return the item in the agreed condition. The listing says whether a deposit is refundable.

How long do refunds take?

We start the refund right away. When it reaches you depends on your bank or wallet, usually a few business days for cards.

Why do I need to verify my ID?

Hosts hand over valuable items, so renters confirm who they are once with a government ID or driver's license and a selfie. We review it, and you can then book any listing that needs it.

Who sees my ID?

Our review team, and the host or partner business you book with when the listing requires it, through links that expire after 15 minutes. Your selfie is never shared. The Privacy Policy explains more.

What if something goes wrong with a rental?

Message the host from the booking page. If you can't sort it out, open a dispute on the booking and our team will review the messages, payments, and photos.

Who can list?

Anyone with something to rent out, with or without a shop. The same account can rent and host.

What does hosting cost?

Listing is free. rent2go keeps a 20% service fee on each booking; the rest of the rental is yours.

How do I get paid?

With pay on site, renters pay you the balance at pickup. With pay in full online, your share is sent to the bank or e-wallet account in your payout details after the booking.
